These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stepping Into Excellence Learning Center (“SIE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at sielearning.com, our parent portal, and related digital services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Website Use
Our website provides information about SIE Learning Center’s childcare programs, allows parents and guardians to submit enrollment inquiries, access the parent portal, and communicate with our staff. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Parent Portal Access
The parent portal is available by invitation only. Portal accounts are issued to enrolled families by SIE staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and current. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for misuse or extended inactivity.
Enrollment and Admission
Submitting an inquiry or application through our website does not guarantee enrollment. All admissions are subject to space availability, completion of required documentation, compliance with NJ DCF licensing requirements, and approval by SIE Learning Center staff.
Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from SIE Learning Center related to your child’s enrollment, attendance, center operations, and general announcements. Message frequency varies based on activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your child’s enrollment status. Alternative communication methods, including phone and email, remain available. Our SMS services are provided through Twilio, Inc. and are subject to Twilio’s Terms of Service.
Document Uploads
When uploading documents through the parent portal, such as immunization records, physicals, or authorization forms, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose records you are submitting, that the documents are authentic and accurate, and that you have the legal right to share the information they contain. Uploaded documents are stored securely and used solely for enrollment and compliance purposes.
Tuition and Payments
Tuition rates, payment schedules, and late fee policies are detailed in your enrollment agreement and the SIE Learning Center Parent Handbook. Tuition is due on Monday of each week. A $15.00 late fee applies to payments made after the due date. Payments made after Tuesday must be in cash. A late pickup fee of $15.00 per half hour per child applies after center closing. We accept BCCAP, NJ Care for Kids, Visa, Mastercard, and cash.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and page designs, is the property of Stepping Into Excellence Learning Center, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without written permission is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website or portal to upload malicious software or harmful content, attempt to access other users’ accounts or our systems without authorization, share your login credentials with unauthorized persons, use automated tools to scrape or access the site, or misrepresent your identity or relationship to an enrolled child.
Disclaimers
Our website and portal are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of our digital services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIE Learning Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or portal. Our total liability for any claim related to our digital services shall not exceed the amount you paid in tuition during the month in which the claim arose.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Burlington County, New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
